Bone-in lemon pepper chicken breast, rice pilaf, sautéed green beans (October 16)

Whole serves 4-6.  

Half serves 2-3.

Meal Preparation: Place chicken on foil lined baking sheet. Cook at 400 for 35-40 minutes. Let rest before serving. Warm rice in bag in boiling water, or covered in the microwave until desired warmth. Saute green beans in skillet. This meal is naturally Gluten free.
